We are able to offer a comprehensive service to: locate, identify and assess the risk potential of your asbestos installations within buildings where you have a duty of care, and assist you in managing the problems that may arise from time to time.
All surveys are carried out by P402 Accredited Surveyors whom have a wealth of experience. The surveys are conducted in accordance with HSG 264 and all relevant guidance notes.
We can also have surveys tailored to your requirements, for instance; we can undertake Management Surveys (MS) to buildings increasing to Refurbishment and Demolition (RDS) in the areas of that building where major works or demolition are to be undertaken. Thus reducing the impact an RDS survey has on the environment within the building and causing minimal disruption to occupied buildings.
All surveys are produced using specially designed software and are available in a range of electronic formats.
The company covers the whole of Western Europe as well as Gibraltar, the Canary Islands and Channel Islands but not Ireland.
